LAND PRICING POLICY OF DHOLERA INDUSTRIAL CITY DEVELOPMENT LIMITED
The applicable land allotment rates as per land use are provided in TABLE A below.
Kindly refer General Development Control Regulations of Dholera for the applicable FSI and other applicable development controls for the respective land use.
