Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR) is a planned greenfield industrial smart city located approximately 100 km southwest of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Envisioned as India's premier destination for manufacturing and industrial development, DSIR spans about 920 sq. kms., encompassing 22 villages. Its strategic location between the industrial hubs of Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, and Bhavnagar facilitates ease of doing business.

DSIR is designed to be a self-sustaining ecosystem, featuring economic drivers through industrialization, utility and logistic infrastructure, and social amenities such as education and healthcare. The city aims to foster economic development while enhancing the quality of life for its residents and workforce. With the support of the Government of Gujarat, the project aspires to create a balanced, new-age city boasting world-class infrastructure and high living standards.
