ABCD Building

The Administrative and Business centre for Dholera, a remarkable structure serves not only as the administrative hub for implementing the visionary Dholera project but also as a center for innovation and excellence.

The building houses the advanced City Integrated Operations Centre (CIOC), showcasingDholera’s cutting-edge smart city solutions, and the immersive Experience Zone, offering a glimpse into the future of urban living. It also features state-of-the-art banquet, auditorium facilities and international restaurant, making it an ideal destination for business engagements. In addition to these amenities, the building has dedicated office spaces for the DSIR administration. It also has office space available for investors.

The ABCD Building stands as a testament to Dholera’s world-class infrastructure and its commitment to sustainable development and growth.

City Integrated Operations Centre

The Central Integrated Operations Centre (CIOC) at Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) is the command hub for managing the city’s smart infrastructure. Designed as the digital backbone of India’s first Greenfield Smart City, the CIOC integrates cutting-edge technologies to enhance urban governance, ensure real-time monitoring, and optimize city-wide services.

The Central Integrated Operations Centre (CIOC) enables real-time surveillance, traffic and transport optimization, utility management, disaster response, and citizen-centric services. The CIOC exemplifies Dholera’s commitment to becoming a global benchmark for smart urbanization.

Road network & Utility corridor

Dholera's internal road network spans 72 km, featuring modern roads ranging from 18 to 70 meters wide. Designed for efficiency and sustainability, the network is supported by an advanced underground utility corridor that integrates power, ICT, piped natural gas, water supply, recycled water, effluent management, and stormwater systems.

Enhancing urban mobility, the roads include pedestrian-friendly walkways, dedicated cycling lanes, plantations, and a reserved corridor for future rapid transit—ensuring a smart, well-connected, and future-ready city.

Water Treatment Plant

At the core of Dholera’s water infrastructure is a 50 MLD Water Treatment Plant (WTP) . Designed for scalability, the plant has the potential to be upgraded to 150 MLD, ensuring a future-ready water supply.

Once treated, the water is stored in Mass Balancing Reservoirs and distributed across the Activation Area through a network of multiple Elevated Service Reservoirs (ESRs) and piped supply network. This well-structured system ensures consistent water pressure and reliable supply across all sectors, including industrial, residential, commercial, and institutional zones.

Effluent Treatment Plant

Dholera is equipped with a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment system, ensuring environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance.

A Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) with an initial capacity of 20 MLD and scalable up to 60 MLD has been designed to cater to a wide range of industrial sectors.

Sewage Treatment Plant

With an initial capacity of 10 MLD which is expandable to 30 MLD, recycled water from Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is provisioned to be utilised for domestic use.

Dholera’s fully integrated water infrastructure ensures a seamless supply and sustainable management across different sectors making it a future-ready smart city.

Power Infrastructure

Dholera’s Activation Area is equipped with a robust power infrastructure with provision of two DISCOMs. Torrent Power (a private licensee DISCOM) has already developed two advancedsubstations, including a 400/220 kV gas-insulated, SCADA-enabled substation. With a current distribution capacity of 500 MVA, scalable up to 1500 MVA, the city is built to support growing energy demands. UGVCL (a state-owned licensee DISCOM) is in process to develop a 400 kv substation for the dual source power redundancy.

A fully underground power distribution network, seamlessly integrated with the road infrastructure, ensures efficient, reliable, and future-ready power supply.

Canal Front

The 6.5 km long Canal Front at Dholera SIR serves a dual purpose—efficient stormwater management and a vibrant recreational hub. Designed to channel stormwater runoff, the canal enhances urban sustainability.

Lined with a green belt, it offers a scenic retreat for visitors, featuring spaces for art, culture, and public activities, making it a key attraction for both residents and tourists

Upcoming Projects

Multi-speciality Hospital

The 200-bed multi-specialty hospital, equipped with ICU, OPD, emergency care, and specialized wards, will provide top-tier medical services for residents and floating population, reinforcing Dholera SIR’s commitment to a healthy and thriving community.

Integrated School

Dholera SIR is set to prioritise education as foundation to progress with its Integrated School. Designed to provide education up to higher secondary levels across Science, Commerce, and Arts streams, the school will feature modern laboratories, a library, computer labs, and sports facilities, shaping the future generations of the city.

Fire Station

With an 11-garage Fire Station, Dholera SIR is enhancing its emergency response infrastructure, ensuring rapid and effective disaster management services to protect the community of the region.

Accommodation Facility for Investors

To enhance investor experience and facilitate business engagements, Dholera SIR is developing a state-of-the-art Accommodation Facility within the Activation Area. This premium facility will feature 36 well-appointed rooms, 3 spacious dormitories, dedicated meeting rooms, and dining area, offering a comfortable and convenient stay.

Designed to cater to visiting investors, business delegations, and stakeholders, the facility will serve as a hub for networking and collaboration.

Residential and Commercial Complex

Strategically located in the High Access Corridor of the Activation Area, this upcoming Residential & Commercial Complex will redefine urban living in Dholera SIR. The project will feature 1,000+ modern studio apartments along with premium commercial spaces, offering a seamless blend of convenience and lifestyle.

Developed by leading real estate players, this landmark development will cater to professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors, fostering a thriving business and residential ecosystem in India’s first Semicon City.

Corporate Hotel

Located in the High Access Corridor of the Activation Area, this corporate hotel is designed to meet the needs of business travellers, investors, and corporate guests. With 100+ well-appointed rooms, modern amenities, and seamless hospitality services, the hotel will provide a comfortable and efficient stay for professionals.

International Tent City

Dholera SIR is set to introduce an International Tent City, offering a distinctive blend of comfort and nature for business and leisure travellers. With 50 well-equipped tent accommodations, this exclusive retreat will provide a premium stay experience. The Tent City will feature modern amenities, serene surroundings, and a unique hospitality experience, making it an ideal destination for short-term stays and special business events.

Multi cuisine Food Court

Dholera SIR is set to introduce a vibrant Multi-Cuisine Food Court within the Activation Area, offering a dedicated space for national and international food outlets.

Designed to cater to investors, residents, and visitors, this food court will bring together a diverse range of culinary experiences. With a modern and inviting ambiance, it will serve as a dynamic social and dining destination, enhancing the lifestyle quotient of India’s first Semicon City.
